  1. Prototype model shown DOC Product Detail Part 2: Powertrain Engine (EURO-5 compliant) - The 110kW NO4C-US and 121kW NO4C-UT engines are available in the EURO-5 category. - Key components Common rail fuel injection system The common rail system allows for an optimized relationship between power, efficiency and emissions. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system This system is designed to introduce a portion of cooled exhaust gas into the combustion chamber through the intake to reduce NOx emissions. The EGR cooling system features a redesigned cross-section, increased number of cooling fins, longer cooling tube, deeper spirals and a larger EGR valve for enhanced cooling capacity. Diesel Particulate Active Reduction (DPR) DPR regeneration switch DPF DOC This system collects particulate matter in a filter and then periodically burns it to ensure optimal regeneration and clean emissions without the need for additives.

  2. Product Detail Part 2: Powertrain Engine (EURO-5 compliant) - DPR explanation • Exhaust pre-treatment (from engine) • Reduced NOx due to increased EGR efficiency and • new combustion chamber design • - ATC and control logic helps enhance DPR efficiency Post-treatment - DPR collects and burns particulate matter (Collects and burns PM) New DPR design Pre-catalyst DPR Exhaust Improved turbo design Intake Increased EGR cooling capacity New New combustion chamber design New High-pressure fuel injection (Max. pressure 200MPa) New Intake throttle valve Enlarged EGR capacity
