  3. The Correct Posture • Posture is the way a typist sits. • This includes: • arms, • wrists, • fingers, • legs • feet

  4. Body Position • Sit up straight • Feet will be flat on the floor • Body needs to be centered in front of computer • Elbows relaxed naturally by side

  5. Work Area Management • Keyboard: • Directly in front of the computer • Needs to stay on the table, on your lap is unacceptable. • Monitor: • Keep at a distance that is easy for your eyes to focus • Chair: • All four legs are to remain on the floor.
