  2. Work Session Goals • Review 3rd Draft Continuation Budget at 7.1% Taxable Value Increase • Conservation 20/20 Discussion • Consider August 12 Public Input

  3. Conservation 20/20(CLASAC Recommendations) • Continue land acquisition program. • Create an outreach program, to be defined in business plan.

  4. Conservation 20/20(CLASAC Recommendations) • County assumes maintenance responsibilities for the existing and future Conservation 20/20 lands and funds as part of annual continuation budget. • Support merge of existing total funds (land acquisition and land management) supported by a 5-year business plan as to how money will be allocated.

  5. Conservation 20/20(CLASAC Recommendations) • Adopt an ordinance that codifies all motions made at this meeting and require in Ordinance any subsequent changes made must be done by super-majority vote of governing body.
