  2. 89th IETF @ London Summary of Changes (in 01/02 Versions): • Modified the text in Section 2 regarding LSPs applicability and referred to KARP draft • Fixed an issue in Section 3- whereas in earlier version PDU would be dropped if ESSN is increased instead of PSN in 2 successive PDUs • Simplified and Consolidated Section 3 and Section 4 which defines the TLV, and encoding/decoding rules with out changing the semantics • Section 4 – SNP encoding (CSNP/PSNP) is consolidated and indicated a separate TLV is maintained per PDU • Further clarified the ‘verify’ mode operation and when the TLV becomes mandatory in Section 5.1 2
