  2. OOGENESIS • Faktor internal : hormone reproduksi. • Faktor eksternal : lingkungan & pakan. Tahap 1 : • Sel telur primitive (oogonia/ ovogonium/ archovogonium). • Ø : 8 - 12 µ. • Mitosis berkali-kali  masuk tahap oosit primer.

  3. Tahap 2 : • Mulai dikelilingi sel-sel folikel (melindungi & memelihara). • Ø : 12 - 20 µ. Tahap 3 : • Oosit sudah dikelilingi sel-sel folikel. • Ø : 20 - 40 µ. • Awal penimbunan globul-globul yolk (recrudescence).

  4. Tahap 4 : • Awal vitellogenesis • Ø : 200 - 350 µ. Tahap 5 : • Fase II vitellogenesis. • Ø : 350 - 500 µ. • Sitoplasma dipenuhi globul lemak.

  5. Tahap 6 : • Fase II vitellogenesis. • Ø : 600 - 900 µ. • Yolk mendesak lemak ke tepi. • Sintesis protein dalam nucleoli. Tahap 7 : • Akhir vitellogenesis • Ø : 900 – 1.000 µ. • Pembentukan yolk terhenti. • Terbentuk mikrofil. • Fase dormance sampai terjadi ovulasi

  6. Ovulasi : Keluarnya sel telur masak setelah meiosis I dari folikel ke dalam rongga ovarium.

  7. Meiosis I : dalam ovarium  ovulasi • Meiosis II : Setelah pemijahan.

  8. GtH (teleostei) : • Sintesis steroid untuk pematangan dinding folikel. • Sekresi mediator ovulasi. • Target Gth : sel teka folikel membentuk hormone steroid (17α, 20ß dihidroksi-4 pregnen – 3 one / 17, 20 P)  Gold fish (carasius auratus). Hormon tiroid sinergis aktif dengan Gth : • Perkembangan ovarium. • Meningkatkan sensitifitas terhadap GnRH.
