  3. 1. 사용 환경 싱글 연동 웹컨퍼런스 사용 환경은 WincowsXP부터 Windows7까지 사용 가능하며, Explorer8 이하 환경에서 사용하기를 권고합니다.

  4. 2. Communicator 연동 프로그램설치 Wyzmeeting홈페이지 – 다운로드센터 에서 마이싱글 연동 설치파일 다운 및 실행 ‘다음’ 버튼을 클릭하여 설치 진행

  5. 2. Communicator 연동 프로그램설치 ‘다음’ 버튼을 클릭하여 설치를 진행 우측 하단과 같은 경고창이 발생하면 ‘확인’ 버튼을 클릭.

  8. 3. Communicator 실행 마이싱글 로그인 후, 우측 하단 트레이 아이콘에서 Communicator 아이콘을클릭하여 Communicator를 실행

  9. 4. Web Conference 개설 Communicator 사용자 목록에서 Web Conference 개설 • Communicator 참석자 목록에서 Web Conference를 개설 (Communicator의 채팅방 개설과 유사) • [조작방법] • ① Web Conference참석대상을 선택 • (다수일 경우Ctrl(Shift) + Click으로 다중선택) • ② 사용자 리스트 선택후우클릭 • ③ 도시되는 메뉴중Start Web Conference를 클릭하여 실행

  10. 4. Web Conference 개설 Communicator 사용자 리스트에서 Web Conference 개설 • 싱글 연동 Web Conference 초대 메시지가 상대방에게 전송(문자대화) • [조작방법] • ① Web Conference 초대 메시지(URL)가 문자 대화를 통해 상대방에게 전송 • ② 초대된 상태에서 참석자가 링크된 URL을 클릭 시 개설된 Web Conference로 입장

  12. 5. Web Conference 참석자 추가 싱글 연동 Web Conference 참석자 추가 • Web Conference 예약/시작 후Communicator에서 참석자 추가 • [조작방법] • ① Web Conference참석대상을 선택 • (다수일 경우Ctrl(Shift) + Click으로 다중선택) • ② 사용자 리스트 선택후우클릭 • ③ 도시되는 메뉴중 ‘Web Conference Add User’ 를 클릭하여 참석자 추가

  19. 8. Communicator 연동 프로그램삭제 싱글 연동 Web Conference – Communicator 삭제 • 싱글 연동 Web Conference – Communicator 삭제 • [조작방법] • 제어판 – 프로그램 및 기능 – WyzAddin항목 우클릭 후 제거 클릭 후 • 우측 팝업이 뜨면 ‘예(Y)’ 버튼 클릭하여 삭제를 완료
