  2. As at 31st October 2011 Resource Link [HR Reporting System] indicated that there were 6,302 employees of Bath & North east Somerset Council Where possible the following slides analyse the workforce by the various six strands of equality.

  7. The sexual orientation is only known of 994 employees of Bath and North East Somerset Council Where sexual orientation is known about members of the workforce, 4% identified as being lesbian, gay or bi-sexual. (LGB) Source: HR Data taken from Resource Link database (As at 31st October 2011)

  16. Staff Grievances There were three employees of Bath North East Somerset Council who raised grievances in the reporting period. For data protection purposes it is not possible to do a meaningful analysis on the aggrieved parties equalities data without compromising their anonymity.
