RESULTS OF MATERIAL RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (MRA) REPORT REVIEW • Recommend general restructuring of the Summary Report to include: oo $ value of all shipments oo Count, $ value, and Percent of “No MRA” shipments oo Count, $ value, and Percent of “Yes MRA” shipments • Recommend collection and display of data under the Service of the Ship To DODAAC NOT the Service of the requisitioning DODAAC oo EXCEPTION: If a DSS depot is the “ship to” DODAAC, data would be collected under Service of the requisitioning DODAAC • The “NO MRA Report for DVDs and Stock Shipments” is incorrect oo Current report is a breakout of the number of “qualifying” shipments by DVD and stock shipments oo MILSTRAP requirement is a breakout of “non-responses” by DVD and stock shipment oo Recommend two separate reports

RESULTS OF MATERIAL RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (MRA) REPORT REVIEW, Continued • Recommend development of AD HOC Query capability: oo by time frame versus monthly increments; e.g. 90 days, 120 days, etc. oo by DODAAC oo by DODAACs exceeding “X” number of Non-Responses oo by DODAACs with a Non-Response rate exceeding “X” percent of their total oo by ICP RIC oo by Federal Supply Class or Group oo by extended dollar value of shipment ooo Delete all “Special Reports” • Recommend deletion of “MRA by Discrepancy Indicator Report” oo Report displayed by shipping depot . The new SDR report, currently under development, will provide this data based upon actual discrepancy type. • Other areas of concern: oo “Y” Series DODAACS and other Invalid DODAACs oo CONUS versus OCONUS
