Objectives • To determine if the proposed following issues • Thailand reserves definitions, • Annual reserves report format, and • Associated compulsory data requirement • appear to be in the best interest of both DMF and concessionaires; • To standardize National reserves in acceptable with international standards for further usage on Thailand Energy Development Planning for sustainable energy security; • To establish a uniform annual reserves report format for minimize data gathering procedure

Annual Reserves Report • Unit Bscf, Mbbl, Minimum two digits figures. • Submit to DMF by February. • Use defined formats (more details will be described). • Report remaining reserves including volume of fuel, flare, loss • during production. • Follow-up technical meeting on annual reserves report scheduled in • March-May. • Submit a separated report on additional reserves during January- • June by August. • - Third party reserve audit report.

  4. Format Report in 3 levels - Concessionaires levels for the whole assets that has operatorship. - Operating area /Field; Erawan, Arthit , Sirikit East, Bung Ya, Sang Krajai - Site/Well/Platform; ERWA, WP-1, LKU-A, UT-5, NP-8, BY-14 Reconciliation on Proved Reserves at operating area/field level.

  5. Compulsory Data • Monthly production data in digital format (by well/interval). • BHSP from test with corresponding cumulative and/or P/Z plots. • Drilling Plan (1yr) : number of wells by platform and / or prospect with time schedule and estimated reserves for wells. • Map: identify each existing and planned platform, well path, well name, bottom hole location, penetration point at top of horizon and define closures. • - Isopach map • - TWT or depth structural map of top of objective section • scale 1:10,000 or 1:30,000 • Wellbore schematics (all active wells) • Production operating cost data to be used to estimate economic • limits and terminal rates. • - Petrophysical and reservoir engineering data. • - Development ranking criteria • - Reserves estimation process / methodology
