    18. zel Egitime Gereksinim Duyan ocuklarin Okullara Erisimlerinin Saglanmasi iin cretsiz Tasima Uygulamasi : 2004- -2005 gretim yilinin 2. dneminden itibaren zel egitime gereksinim duyan yaklasik 21.596 grencinin okullarina ulasimlari, Fondan MEBna kaynak aktarilmak suretiyle cretsiz olarak saglanmistir. Uygulama, SYDGM, MEB ve zrller Idaresi Baskanligi isbirligi ile yrtlmektedir. 2004--2005yilinda uygulama kapsaminda, sadece zihinsel engelli ve otistik zr gruplari yer almakta iken, 2005--2006 yilinda tm zr gruplari (grme, isitme, ortopedik, otistik, zihinsel ve zel egitim siniflari ) kapsama alinmistir.
