What? • First step is to know the enterprise • To visit the enterprise • To make a formal Questionnaire • To know the enterprise, technologies available, type of products and markets the enterprise targets, the enterprise use of computers and internet • Workforce: How many workers and type of Jobs • Job knowledge: Studies and skills of the workers • The level of Computers and Internet use by workers • Type of training they need to fulfill enterprise aims
