Step three: Vocabulary in Exercises (1) • About exercise 8, ask the students from each team to fill the blanks, and try to translate them into Chinese. • Exercise 9 is a little difficult for the students to do, so ask them to discuss in the groups. Afterwards, call some students to speak out. This exercise aims to tell the difference between the words talk, tell, speak, say. Their Chinese meanings are 说,but their usage are different.

  17. Step three: Vocabulary in Exercises (2) • About exercise 10, ask several students from each team to fill the blanks, and try to translate them into Chinese. This exercise aims to practice the words with same roots but different forms. The students should tell them apart. 返回In-class
