  2. How it works at UTS • This is a low technology service • Requests from within own collection • for intercampus requests • off campus requests • Can only be processed manually • Staff would cancel requests if journal also held in e-format (same article, volume etc)

  3. Search WebOpac for a journal title

  4. Insert article details
