  4. NOVEDADES Unimos los nodos de Quito y Guayaquil, se cursa tráfico sin ningún costo adicional para los proveedores.

  5. NOVEDADES (cont.)‏ • Se redujeron los cargos por el intercambio de tráfico: • Se implementó un esquema de tarifa plana a partir de 10Mb/s. • USD 40,00 por cada 1Mb/s (costo mínimo).

  6. NOVEDADES Participantes nuevos: Total 11 proveedores (otros más pequeños llegan a través de uno de ellos). Representan la mayor parte del mercado de Internet del Ecuador.
