  3. Chairman’s Report Points to note • 48 (29) events planned but not run due to low demand or no time to organise. • 24 (53) events completed or planned in 2007 so far. IBM Club Warwick AGM

Chairman’s Report HR proposals for IBM Club • Closer ties between employee and retiree clubs • Access to IBM Club for DC pension retirees • Increase in employee subscription from 5p a week to £1 a month (462% increase, but funds go to clubs) • Introduction of a retiree subscription matching the employee subscription, but only for new retirees • Redefinition of Associate Membership IBM Club Warwick AGM
