Overview of Library Services • Interlibrary Loans – COLOMBO • Click on Create Request to order articles • Login with Concordia NetName • Article Delivery (2 working days) • Via an online form, articles from our printed/microform collection will be scanned into PDF and delivered via e-mail • Login with Concordia NetName • BCI card • Request at Loans & Returns Desk • Dissertation Writers Rooms • Graduate students only (ID card entry) • Webster 5th floor – LB-561, LB-562, LB-564 • 5th floor plan

Overview of Library Services • Spain Graduate Student Reading Room – LB-545 • 5th floor plan • Intercampus delivery • Request an intercampus delivery via the request feature in CLUES, the Library catalogue. • Rush catalogue • For books that have arrived but are not yet catalogued or processed, you can request a rush catalogue via the request feature in CLUES • Allow 2-3 working days for delivery • Books will be shelved in the back shelf of the Course Reserves Room.

Primary Sources • Many primary sources are reprinted in books and listed in the library catalogue • Databases for primary sources • Graduate students can contact me to set up trials of any electronic historical archives and databases • Trials are normally for one month • Select a time period when you will be able to concentrate on researching the database

RefWorks • Discontinued as of May 31, 2020 • RefWorks is a Web-based tool that: • Facilitates organization of references • Is accessible from any Internet connection • Simplifies the process of preparing bibliographies • Access RefWorks through the Quick Links menu on the Library website • Help • Tutorials on Library website

  11. Zotero • Needs to be downloaded • Zotero offers a much better user experience with more functionality • Easily migrate your references from RefWorks to Zotero • Workshops • Migration workshops • Zotero workshops • Workshop schedule • Schedule includes general library workshops
