GUIDE TO GLOBAL GRANTS (2016) - TRF QUALIFICATION 2/3 • 3D1420 Club Requirements for Global Grants • At least one Club member has attended District’s annual Rotary Grant Seminar; • The Club’s Memorandum of Understanding agreement with the District is completed; • The applying Club should be a “registered association or club” for Grants exceeding 2.000 EUR; • The Club has made a donation to the TRF Annual Fund at least once during the last previous 3 years. The District encourages clubs to donate at least 1.000 EUR every year to the Annual Fund.

However, the roles of each sponsor also depend on the clubs involved, the community’s strengths, and the nature of the project. As in all good relationships, communication is the key.

GUIDE TO GLOBAL GRANTS (2016) - TRF PARTNERSHIP 3/3 WORK AS A TEAM “ Primaryhost and international sponsors must each establish a grant committee of three Rotarians for a global grant. “ Members of this grant committee must come from the primary sponsor club (if the grant is club-sponsored) or district (if the grant is district-sponsored). For club-sponsored grant applications, district Rotary Foundation committee chairs must confirm that the primary sponsor clubs are qualified.
