Fıkrası gereği kontrol ve yardımcı kontrol elemanının işe başlama işlemlerinde; • Yönetmelik eki Ek 19 Form 17’ye uygun Kontrol/Yardımcı Kontrol Elemanı Taahhütnamesi, • Diploma sureti, • Noter tasdikli İmza Beyanı • T.C.Kimlik numara bilgisinin bulunduğu kimlik belgesi veya kimlik beyanı, • İlgili Meslek Odası Kayıt belgesi, (Yardımcı Kontrol Elemanı için aranmaz) • Sabıka kaydı olmadığına dair beyanı, • Yapı Denetim Kuruluşu ile Kontrol Elemanı/Yardımcı Kontrol Elemanı arasında yapılan Sözleşme (Çalışma saatleri, ücret, görev ve sorumlulukları içeren)
