  3. Client/Customer Communications • It may be necessary to communicate with some clients/customers in advance of the employee’s transition • There will be a specific message content arranged prior to client/customer communication on this issue

Message Content • While the exact message content has not yet been finalized, the following are points that should be made to those clients/customers who require communication in advance: • One of our employees is undergoing gender transition • This is a valued employee who does good or excellent work • It is the policy of the Company/Agency not to discriminate on the basis of gender identity
