  1. Deepak Kharbanda as a Tech Inventor

  2. Kharbanda and his colleagues invented a method of distributing routing instructions over multiple interfaces of a data router. After this, On 21 March 2002, they filed a patent for a software application in a multi-processor data router.

  3. At that time, Deepak Kharabanda was working at Pluris, Inc as the Member Technical Staff – Software Engineering. His company was also an assignee in the patent application.

  6. The patent was granted to them on 23 April 2013. At that time, he was working at Brocade (now known as Broadcom Inc.) in the role of Software Engineering Manager. The process of patent granting took almost a decade to be complete.
