  4. Governmental strategies on socialinclusion of Roma: • National Programe for Roma (2003) • revised document will be adopted in 2012 • Action Plan for the Decade of Roma Inclusion (2005-2015) • revised every two years

The main goals of educational part of strategic documents: Increasing the inclusion of Roma children in preschool education Increasing the inclusion of Roma pupils in primary education Increasing the inclusion of Roma students in secondary education Increasing the number of Roma higher education students Providing literacy & primary education and the qualification programs for Roma adults

  7. Education components & measures: • Preschool Education • integrated preschool education (kindergartens) • preschool program in the year before primary school enrolment(kindergartens, primary schools) • Primary Education • enrolment of children in primary education (ensuring the transport free of charge) • inclusion in after-school activities (ensuring the free of charge meal and help in writing homework & additional learning) • Roma assistants • Secondary Education • scholarship for every student and accommodation in dormitory if necessary • Higher Education • scholarship and accommodation in dormitory if necessary • Adult Education • literacy & primary education and qualification programs
