It reflects continuous reflection, action, re-evaluation, and communication.” The Importance of Visions for Schools and School Improvement by Leslie Jones • The Literacy Support Network will provide students with optimal opportunities to engage in content area literacy instruction in all classrooms by providing cognitive coaching for teachers, conducting professional development that will build teacher capacity, and supporting teachers as they work with students.

  4. Think-Write-Pair-Share • Journal your vision for your group. Think about what you want your “after” picture to look like. (3 minutes) • Partner with someone and share your vision. Partner A will get a minute to share. Then Partner B will have a minute to share.
