  1. Product Management Director Job Description Director, Product ManagementPosition OverviewReporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, Director of Product Management is responsible formanaging product lines, increasing profitability of existing products, and developing newproducts based on market requirements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional projectmanagement, communication, and leadership skills. Additionally, this role will require in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively work with customers to capturebusiness requirements for product lines.Responsibilities • Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities • Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for each product line • Conduct market research, surveys, and customer/prospect visits to understand and specify business requirements for target market segments • Analyze competitive offerings to identify differentiators, and set pricing • Complete Win/Loss analysis to glean insight from previous sales experience • Document & report on product profitability and operational product metrics • Define user personas/use cases to gain understanding from each perspective • Create Business Cases for new product developments to achieve sponsorship. • Work with development, sales, and customer service to convert market requirements into products that meet standards of current/prospective clients • Help Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications to create collateral that accurately reflects the features & benefits of the product line • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with all corporate departments • Analyze partnership opportunities for products and/or integrated solutions • Represent the Voice of Customers in senior level management meetings • Build a defined, repeatable, measurable sales process for product line • Communicate with journalists & analysts, to demonstrate product expertise

Job Requirements • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field • Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing/product management role • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, & development processes • Strong project management, problem-solving, & analytical thinking skills • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives • Exception written and verbal communication skills • Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skills • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • The ability to travel at least 15% of the time (North America, Europe, Asia) Job Requirements • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field • Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing/product management role • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, & development processes • Strong project management, problem-solving, & analytical thinking skills • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives • Exception written and verbal communication skills • Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skills • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • The ability to travel at least 15% of the time (North America, Europe, Asia)
