STEP 3: DETERMINE STRATEGY: OBJECTIVES • Develop an integrated programme and operations strategy for the UN system • Reflect all UN country level results and outcomes for: • UN programme, UNDAF or common programming tool • Common services & harmonized business practices • Common premises, where appropriate • Joint communications • Common budgetary framework / joint resource mobilization • Describe outcomes, activities and resource requirements per work streams • Determine integrated programme and operations strategy governance and M&E structure
