  4. IDEES GENERALS DEL TREBALL COOPERATIU • L’objectiu és assolir un repte, per fer-ho possible cal la participació en equip. • Cadascú és una peça clau, tots som importants. • Val més una alternativa a suprimir la feina. • És millor una participació que una exclusió.

  5. La feina de tots es valorada per igual. No t’has de sentir inferior, tu pots fer bé la teva feina encara que hi contribueixis poc o que l’acció que facis sigui mínima. • No hi ha competències entre els membres. • Tots els membres persegueixen un mateix objectiu interès. • Cada persona té una funció i les funcions de tots s’han de complementar. • La bona actuació individual comporta una bona actuació col·lectiva.
