What am I passionate about? I am truly passionate about sport being used as a vehicle to improve social and moral responsibility, a sense of belonging, and a reinforcement of life values and ensuring that those individuals have a well-rounded and defined belief system.  What is my vision? To create a real ‘team’ environment within a department.  To sustain what I deliver locally and illustrate good practice in order to improve an individual. What are my values? Accomplishment, Honesty, integrity, Empathy, Investment, Motivation.
