Terms & Condition The Professional fee will be calculated as a percentage of incumbents Gross Annual Cost to Company excluding the Performance Bonus. • Consultancy fee @ 8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Entry Level • Consultancy fee @ 8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Team Leader position (Officer / Senior Officer Grade) • Consultancy fee @ 10% of the Gross Annual CTC for the Team Manager (Asst Manager Grade) position • Consultancy fee @ 12.50% of the Gross Annual CTC for Manager / AGM / VP grade • Consultancy fee @ 15.00% of the Gross Annual CTC for COO position
