  2. Procurement Process • Open Advertised Bidding Process • Contract awarded to Nextenders Pvt. Ltd in consortium with Sify Technologies Ltd • Contract Duration: 18 + 12 + 60 = 90 (7 ½ yrs) • Effective date for start of Contract 17 January 2014 • Contract Amount (lump sum) : • Project Implementation Cost -- USD 1, 455,804 • For recurrent cost (5 yrs) -- USD 1, 535,305USD 2, 991,109 • Procurement is on the basis of Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning – System hosted at GOC. • Resources for Project Management from PPO, CIB, CISD, ITS, GOC & NT

Project Scope E-Process to cover the whole cycle of a procurement in compliance with PPA • Pre-bid process Preparation and Approval of Procurement Requests; Tender Document Creation, Approval and Publishing;Attending queries from and issuance of Addendum to Bidders, On-line pre-bid conference etc.. • On-Line Bid submission and Opening • Bid Evaluation, Award of Contract, Challenge and Appeal
