  12. Global Samaritan Resources exists to help people help people is a Christian humanitarian aid organization. They help people & organizations fulfill one of the greatest callings of life: helping other people. One of their focus areas--Humanitarian Aid—”GSR collects surplus goods of all kinds: medical and school supplies, tools and equipment, household goods, furniture and more. Project Objective:Build the 2-1-1 TX A Call for Help/Global Samaritan Resources Partnership into a relationship to meet previously unmet needs for both organizations. • Strategies: • Create an MOU for clarity of vision/values • Cross train staffs for consistency of data capture • Use data captured to make the case for both partners of the shared benefit of sharing Tapping into New Community Resources-MSROs / AIRS Conference 2014
