  4. Finance Trainings • One more left! • Thursday, September 27th – Noon – Ballroom A • One officer must attend to access club funds this year! • You only have to attend one

  5. Over-Tier Allocations • Used for one-time large purchases • Due Oct 9th to be considered in re-allocations • Re-allocation information to be sent out by USG treasurer soon

  6. OrgSync – Checkbook • Can be accessed by treasurers • Finance trainings grant access • Total balance and individual expenses and income sources available for viewing

  7. Community Service • Up-till-Dawn – Letter Writing Event • Nov. 7th • Team Registration stjude.org/utd • Teams of 5 or more to write letters to ask for donations • Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk • October 7 • Registration: Thursday, September 27th from 11am to 1 pm  in the Student Center
