  4. WHAT IS IT?

  5. THE GENIUS OF THE TANK It is a solid, highly innovative device for energetic saving and for the reduction of polluting emissions from engine vehicles. SuperTech dis-aggregates hydrocarbons creating an optimized combustion, a reduction of gas emissions and gives longer life to engine's parts.

  6. THE TESTS, THAT OUR GENIUS HAS GONE THROUGH, ALL BRING TO THE SAME STATEMENT: • A clear reduction of gas emissions on • A concrete fuel saving • Less servicing to the engine • Less need for filter replacement, and fuel injector cleaning

  7. WHAT % OF FUEL CONSUMPTION REDUCTION? 6 - 12 % WHAT % OF GAS EMISSION REDUCTION? 40 - 80 %

  8. 13 YEARS OF HISTORY Our Refer Book, reports the story of SUPER TECH; son of a project born in 1996 and which today, having gone through important steps, reaches its 13° year of life. Each one of our references stands as milestone within the path of our product’s worldwide level validation.

  11. VAN DER WAALS’ AGGREGATION FORCES: Law according to which, the HC molecules are too much aggreagated by this force, forbidding an optimal interaction with oxygen, therefore creating uncombusted.

  12. STEKIOMETRIC REPORT DEFINITION: Stekiometric Report is the report, in exact weight for combustion, between air and fuel. It is necessary to have 14,7 kg. of air to burn 1kg. of fuel, and 14kg of air for 1kg of diesel; 34kg for one 1kg of hydrogen. Fuel must have the capacity to prepare a mixture of homogeneousair-fuel, therefore it must have the capacity of vaporizing fuel through powderers and mixing the vaporized fuel with air creating an inflammable mixture. This mixture will obviously be composed by a part of air and a part of fuel and this report is so-called - Stekiometric Report. The value of the stoichiometric report is established through 14/1- 15/1.

  13. STEKIOMETRIC COMBUSTION • Stoichiometric or Theoretical Combustion is the ideal combustion process during which a fuel is burned completely. • A complete combustion is a process which burns all the carbon (C) to (CO2), all hydrogen (H) to (H2O) and all sulphur(S) to (SO2). • If there are unburned components in the exhaust gas such as C, H2, CO the combustion process is uncompleted.

  14. STEKIOMETRIC REPORT “The chemical reaction between oxygen and petrol, i.e combustion, never occurs in a perfect manner. Firstly, there will be a small amount of fuel not burnt...” www.ducati.com

  15. When SUPERTECH enters in contact with fuel and thanks to kinetic energy (of movement) given by the vibrationof the vehicle it emits INFRARED ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATIONS that weaken VAN DER WAALS inter-molecular bonds

  16. INTERMOLECULAR FORCES INTERMOLECULAR attractions are attractions between one molecule and a neighboring molecule. All molecules experience intermolecular attractions, although in some cases those attractions are very weak.

  17. Attractions are electrical in nature. In a symmetrical molecule there doesn't seem to be any electrical distortion to produce positive or negative parts:

  18. 8+ 8- The electrons inside the molecules are mobile, and at any one instant they might find themselves towards one end of the molecule, making that end -. The other end will be temporarily short of electrons and so becomes +. A dipole:

  19. 8+ 8- INTERMOLECULAR VAN DER WAALS FORCES • Imagine a molecule which has a temporary polarity being approached by one which happens to be entirely non-polar just at that moment. • As the right hand molecule approaches, its electrons will tend to be attracted by the slightly positive end of the left hand one. • This sets up an induced dipole in the approaching molecule, which is orientated in such a way that the + end of one is attracted to the - end of the other.

  20. 8+ 8+ 8- 8- THE ORIGIN OF VAN DER WAALS DISPERSION FORCES Temporary fluctuating dipoles ORIGINAL TEMPORARY DIPOLE INDUCED DIPOLE

  21. 8+ 8+ 8- 8- • An instant later the electrons in the left hand molecule may well have moved up the other end. In doing so, they will repel the electrons in the right hand one. • The polarity of both molecules reverses, but you still have + attracting -. As long as the molecules stay close to each other the polarities will continue to fluctuate in synchronization so that the attraction is always maintained.

  22. 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8+ 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- 8- • There is no reason why this has to be restricted to two molecules. As long as the molecules are close together this synchronized movement of the electrons can occur over huge numbers of molecules.

  23. The benefit given by the weakening of the intermolecular bonds is to INCREASE THE SURFACE OF REACTION therefore creating a partial vaporization optimizing, in this way, the process of combustion.

  24. The benefits created by the weakening of inter-molecular bonds is, therefore, a partial vaporization OPTIMISING THE COMBUSTION PROCESS

  25. INSTALLATION

  26. FAST AND SIMPLE INSTALLATION

  27. INSTALLATION IN FUEL TANK

  28. FUNCTIONING Our Genius of the TANK works inside the fuel tank nulling completely all variables which depend on the condition of the fuel flow … Concurrence works on the fuel flow, therefore its effect depends on the quantity of fuel which reaches the combustion chamber; At high speed its effect decreases and often nulls its efficacy since the magnets do not have the time to ionize the molecules

39. BTACThe British Transport Advosory Consortium MIRA - U.K. REFERENCE This report covers the BTAC Technical Trial held at the Motor Industry Research Associations (MIRA) test facilities on the 3 and 4 September 2005. The following factors must be kept in consideration, concerning the obtained result: The two vehicles were EURO 4, therefore they had low GAS EMISSION, and furthermore were new. They ran at an average speed of 56km/h at high gear and therefore at low engine revolutions, infact tests done at higher engine revolutions have given a fuel saving of 5,58% (data reported by our NED whom was present during the testing). It can, therefore, be stated that the true result is an average of 4,5% of fuel economy.Even if, still a 2,5% is anyhow considered an extremly interesting economy to those whom run many kilometers per month.
