  2. The recipient’s message looks like this. The encrypted message is the attachment. Click to open the attachment. Notice the sender’s address at the beginning of the message (required for problem resolution). Notice the Forgot Password link. Additional information is available. For problems contact…

  3. To open and read the secure messagethe recipient simply clicks on the attachment.

  4. New User Registration Screen User Name is the Recipient’s email address. The recipient must create and confirm a password.

  5. User Login Screen The recipient types their passwordthen clicks Submit.

  6. The sender’s message is displayed. Sender’s Message

  7. The recipient can: • Read the message • Print the message • Download any attachments, and • Click Reply button Sender’s Message

  8. The recipient can: • Change the Subject • Attach a file • Type a reply The Reply Screen Note: • The Subject is retained • The original message is retained

  9. The Reply Screen Click the Send button when finished with your reply.

  10. End of Secure Email Session The session ends. Click the Close button.

  11. The original message is retained by the recipient indefinitely.
