  3. Alcohol & Painkillers Avoid certain drugs, such as aspirin, alcohol which can cause your blood to thin and cause excess bleeding. Do not consume alcohol for one day after your procedure.

  4. Careless Sleeping It is recommended to avoid Sleeping in the horizontal position for about four hours following your Botox injection to allow the treatment to properly settle within your body .

  5. Physical Activity Avoid any strenuous activity that can cause harm to you during this time. Give yourself a 24 hour window before resuming any strenuous activity regimens.

  6. Avoid Excessive Heat Exposure Until the redness and swelling have disappeared, avoid any sunbathing or heat lamp procedures.
