TALLER: COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Expresión Matemática para calcular Punto de Equilibrio: Capitulo IV Y = C Y = Ingresos de Venta C = Costo Total • Y = PVu * Q (Cantidad Vendida) • C = CF + CVu * Q (Cantidad Producida y Vendida) PVu * Q (Cantidad Vendida)= CF + CVu * Q (Cantidad Producida y Vendida) • PUNTO DE EQUILIBRIO (UDS): Q* = CF PVu - CVu • UTILIDAD (U) = Y – C U = (PVu * Q) – [CF + (CVu*Q)] PERÍODO OCT-DIC 2010 • PUNTO DE EQUILIBRIO (EN DINERO): • Y = CF + A * Y *Y = Ingresos Totales • Y = CF *A = Fracción de Relación • (1 – A) entre CVu y PVu • A = CVu / PVu

TALLER: COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Ejemplo 1: de Punto de Equilibrio en unidades: Capitulo IV • Supóngase un producto que requiere unos costos fijos de 1.500.000,00 Bs. cuyo costo variable de producción es de 500,00 Bs. por unidad y su precio al consumidor es de 2.000,00 Bs. *Los ingresos son: • (2.000 * Q) Bs. • *Los costos son: • (1.500.000 + 500 * Q) Bs. • El punto de equilibrio, donde los ingresos son iguales a los costos, será: • Q= 1.500.000 Bs. 1.500.000 = 1.000,00 • 2.000-500 Bs. 1.500 • Esto quiere decir que si se fabrican y venden más de 1.000 unidades, el producto generará utilidades, si se fabrican y venden menos de 1.000 unidades producirá pérdidas. PERÍODO OCT-DIC 2010

TALLER: COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Ejemplo 2: Utilidad / Perdida: Capitulo IV • Si se producen 1.100 unidades se tendrá: • Utilidad (U) = Ingresos – Costos • = (2.000 x 1.100) - [1.500.000 – (500 x 1.100)] • = 2.200.000 – 1.500.0000 – 550.000 • = 150.000,00 • O sea 150.000,00 Bs. de utilidad. • Si se producen 900 unidades se tendrá: • Utilidad (U) = (2.000 x 900) - [1.500.000 – (500 x 900)] • = 1.800.000 – 1.500.000 – 450.0000 • = -150.000,00 • O sea, 150.000,00 Bs. de pérdida. TALLER: COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Ejemplo 3: de Punto de Equilibrio en dinero: Capitulo IV • Partiendo del ejemplo anterior donde el punto de Equilibrio en unidades = 1000 Uds.: • CVu = 500,00 Bs. • PVu = 2.000,00 Bs. • CF = 1.500.000,00 Bs. • Se calcula primero el valor de A: • A = 500 Bs. = 1 = 0.25 • 2.000 Bs. 4 • Entonces el punto de equilibrio será (Bs.): • Y = 1.500.000 • 1-0.25 • = 1.500.000 = 2.000.000,00 Bs. • 0.75 • O sea, (1.000 unidades a 2.000 Bs. c / u) = 2.000.000, 00 Bs. PERÍODO OCT-DIC 2010
