  3. THE POPULATION CENTRE There are 200,000,000 people living in Nulawuwi and the avarage life spanis from 60-70 years. The housesareallconnected for stibility and support and haveanavragesize of 12 acres. The populationisstableand has a deathrate of 1 person per 10 minutesand a birthrateof 2 people per 18 minutes.

  4. Architecture And art The peope of Nulawuwiwillsculptanything out of ice but the most commonthatisscuplted by the artists in the groupistheirfearsandworriessuch as monsters. The most prizedmonument ismade out of coal to representwarmth in the coldenvironment. It ismadeup of coalstacked with a lightglowing in the middle. The people do not use painting but allartis physical

  5. Language There is one language that all of the NulawuwipeoplespeakcalledNeukthatoriginated from the languageZhaungand was mixed with Polish. Because the coldenvironment causedthemto covertheirmouthswith clothing for warmth, the words in the languageallsoundsimilarsothat a simplegrunt can be understood. Thismakesthe language hard to learn. An exampleof thislanguagewould be ‘hu he ha’; thismeansgoodbyeand havea nice day.

  6. Administering territories. In Nulawuwi the ideasaremoved from one person to anotherand youmay go to a federal office and put a secretballotintoa sugjestionboxwhereall of the tipsarelookedover. Thereis no presidentorone leader in thiscivilzation but the federal courtleads and uses the sugestions to makelawsthatarefair to the people. Thiswaythereare no dictatorsbecause the federal courtdecides on the laws. Therearespecificoutposts for food, water, and clothing. Theyareallrationedout and sharedequallysothereis no higherclassthananother.

  7. Division of Labor There are many jobs needed to keep the civilization running. The most important job is being a judge in the federal court. Some other jobs are in mining, forestry, ration department, health care, meteorology, education, science and technology. These jobs are important to keep the civilization advancing and to warn the people in advance if the glacier is in danger of melting. The jobs are done by both male and female to get two different approaches and perspectives. There are many colleges and universities to train people to work in these jobs.

  8. Social Classes There are only two social classes in all of Nulawuwi. The first one or the highestrankedare the judges of the federal court. Theseareonly 5 of thesepeople and theyaretreatedthe same wayoutsideof the courthouseas everyoneelse. Thisgiveseveryone the right to be treatedfairly. The otherclassincludesallotherpeople from housewivesto businessmen and women. The onlyway one person canchangeclassesis to be hiredby the court.

  9. Development In 6015 the civalizationAlexi was low on water due to a heat wave and they sent 25 people out to find a large water source but these people never returned. They had found a new flat, 5km-long glacier and were able to build a snow house out of the the large amounts of snow on the mountains surrounding the glaciers. These people stayed and in 5 years the population began thriving. Nulawuwi Alexi

  10. Collapse Nulawuwicouldcollapse in manyways but the greatestthreat to thiscivilizationis a warmingclimate. If there was a climatechangein thisareathatturnedto the warmersidethenthe wholeglacierwouldmelt and the peoplewouldhave no place to live, no shelter, and no protection.Thiswoulddrive the peopleout of theirhomelandacrossa widearea and theywould not survivegiventheiradaptation to the glacier.
