  2. VALORACION ESTADO NUTRICIONAL DEL RECIEN NACIDO • Una adecuada Exploración Física. • El Primer Examen se realiza inmediatamente después del Parto.

  3. PROPORCIONES CORPORALES • El Crecimiento Cefálico es más precoz en la vida embrionaria. • Hay un incremento en la talla ( 2 trimestre ) • Aumento del peso ( 3 trimestre )

  4. EVALUACION Y SEGUIMIENTO DEL CRECIMIENTO • La Evaluación Neonatal de la relación entre edad gestacional y el peso del nacimiento, es un elemento útil para evaluar crecimiento intrauterino.

  5. ANTROPOMETRIA • El Peso, la Talla y la Circunferencia craneana se miden al nacer, de acuerdo a las técnicas estandarizadas. Estas se evalúan ubicándolas en las curvas de crecimiento.

  6. SEGUNDO EXAMEN FISICO • Postura y Actividad. • Piel • Cabeza • Cuello-Tórax • Abdomen-ano-genitales. • Caderas • Extremidades • Examen Neurológico

  7. EVALUACION EDAD GESTACIONAL • PESO EDAD GESTACIONAL CLASIFICA PRETERMINO ; menor 38 semanas TERMINO ; 38-41 semanas POSTERMINO ; mayor 42 semanas

  8. CLASIFICACION RELACION DE LA EDAD GESTACIONAL CON EL PESO • Adecuados para la EG ( AEG ) • Pequeños para la EG ( PEG ) • Grandes para la EG (GEG )
