  2. What kind of document do you see? TO: Mrs. Ausmus FROM: Student DATE: 2/22/13 SUBJECT: MEMO This is how you write a memo. You double space between each item in the header. Make sure the info is all lined up the same. You will double space between each paragraph and single space within. If you typed the memo from someone else, don’t forget to put your initials at the bottom. Block Style Letter Modified Block Style Letter Memo

  7. Define the following: Clipboard - where text goes when it’s copied electronically. Ruler Bar – measured scale at the top of the document window that shows tabs and margins.
