  6. What is a protist? Anything that isn’t a bacteria, plant, fungi or animal But more officially…

  7. What is a protist? Unicellular (one-celled), Eukaryotic organisms

  8. What is a protist? Kingdom Protista is extremely diverse. There is still a lot of debate about how they should be classified

  9. What is a protist? • Protists are Eukaryotes • Nuclei containing DNA • Membrane-bound organelles

  10. Where do protists come from? Euglena can live without their chloroplasts Chloroplasts and mitochondria have their own DNA!
