  3. VOLUNTEERING • HOMECOMING WORKSOPS ALL THIS WEEK • PLEASE GO HELP • THEY NEED HELP • AFTER SCHOOL TO APPROXIMATELY 5PM • LAST WEEK TO GET YOUR 4 NAHS HOURS DONE!!!!

  4. VOLUNTEERING • THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO CAME FOR THE COLONY MEADOWS AND AUSTIN PARKWAY ELEMENTARY CARNIVALS • ANYONE WHO DID NOT GET THEIR FORMS SIGNED FROM THAT DAY, PLEASE MAKE SURE AN OFFICER THAT SAW YOU SIGNS YOUR SHEET • DO SO AFTER THE ART CARD SHENANIGANS I.E. BEFORE YOU LEAVE

  5. ART CARDS • GET YOUR ART CARD/T-SHIRT FORMS AND MONEY OUT. KEEP IT SAFE • TAKE OFF THE SHEET WITH THE CARD IMAGES. (we don’t need that.) • WE NEED THE SHEET BEING HANDED OUT • YOUR SALES SHEET • AND ESPECIALLY THE MONEY

  6. ART CARDS • STAPLE THE HANDOUT, YOUR SALES SHEET AND AN ENVELOPE/ZIPLOCK WITH YOUR MONEY AND PUT IT IN THE BOX WITH YOUR GRADE. • DO ALL OF THAT IN THE ROOM. FLOOR AND TABLE SPACE IS AVAILABLE. • SIGN OUT • THEN LEAVE. • OFFICERS AND SPONSORS ARE HERE TO HELP.
