Prediction, Hypothesis A Suspected water was spread on an Agar plate. Experiment, Test O D Observation, Data Collection Cultures grew.. T S Its Alive!, and then – An area with a paper disc had no growth! Conclusion, new initial observation. C H Why was there no growth around the paper? I Research Question E Maybe the paper had something, like antibiotic or alcohol to kill the bacteria? Prediction, Hypothesis S E Start new cultures with paper discs dipped in various materials. Experimental Test I N Antibiotic and alcohol prevented bacterial growth, but not water or peroxide. Results, Data Collection C S Paper was probably dipped in antibiotic medicine. E Conclusion, and then….. -

T Its Alive!, and then – An area with a paper disc had no growth! H Why was there no growth around the paper? E Maybe the paper had something, like antibiotic or alcohol to kill the bacteria?
