  3. “Drivers” Tab See If Available For Assignment See If Currently On A Route

  4. Driver Selected Showing Their Current Dispatches

  5. Undispatched Items Set Priority Invoices Turn RED based on a User-Definable Amount of Time Passing Since They Were Printed Or BLUE for High Priority

  6. Undispatched Items Add to Existing Dispatch

  7. Undispatched Items Add Invoice Not Previously Designated For Delivery From eOffice

  8. Undispatched Items Locate a Delivery Invoice

  9. Undispatched Items Priority Set to “1-9” Shows as Red (Turns Red if Over User Specified Time Limit) Priority Set to “0” Shows as Blue (Text Turns Red if Over Time Limit) Set Items For Next Day Delivery Select Items to Create Dispatch Create New Dispatch Sort Undispatched Invoices by Zone

  10. Prepare Dispatch for Printing Select Driver

  11. eDelivery Tracking System • Print the dispatch route sheet Give the Driver a Hard Copy of His Route

  12. Driver Can Make Notes Gives Amount to be Collected on This Run

  13. Move Dispatch to Another Location For Delivering Transferred Parts
