  8. PROGRAMAS ESTATALES 2011 LOGROS OPORTUNIDADES PARA LA MUJER RURAL MAYORES RECURSOS A MUJERES RURALES. En 2010 y 2011 se han aplicado recursos por $2.19 millones de pesos, en 174 proyectos productivos beneficiando a 174 mujeres. Integración de 4 organizaciones de mujeres en el que les ha permitido posesionarse mejor en los mercados regionales, permitiéndoles el pleno goce de sus derechos.

ORGANIZACIÓN Y CAPACITACIÓN TÉCNICA Se han Promovido mecanismos y políticas públicas para enfrentar los principales factores que obstaculizan sus potencialidades productivas y organizativas de las mujeres con un tejido productivo empresarial con agro negocios, trabajo en equipo con enfoque de género y la aplicación de cédulas de diagnóstico por grupo u organización.

REFORESTACIÓN 2011 PRODUCCIÓN, MANTENIMIENTO Y DISTRIBUCIÓN DE ÁRBOLES Para el periodo reportado se produjeron 806,359 árboles, con ello se pretenden reforestar aproximadamente 800 hectáreas, se dio mantenimiento a 3´010,092 árboles y se distribuyeron 895,083 árboles forestales que alcanzan a cubrir aproximadamente 800 hectáreas.

RECONVERSIÒN PRODUCTIVA Y SIEMBRA DE FORRAJES OI. 2010-2011 La reconversión productiva en el 2010 se apoyó con 49.79 millones de pesos federales, para sembrar 27 mil hectáreas de maíz forrajero con 5,875 productores; 42 mil hectáreas fueron sembradas de avena forraje por 8,249 productores y 1,497 hectáreas de canola que cultivaron 131 productores. Con presupuesto Estatal se aplicó un fondo de 4.0 millones de pesos para apoyar la producción de forrajes de otoño-invierno (2010-2011), con la adquisición de 470.35 toneladas de semillas de avena, para beneficiar a 1,370 hombres y 342 mujeres para sembrar en 3,900 hectáreas.
