  3. Learner Outcomes • Teachers will be able to review the Test Record Reports with their students. • Teachers will be able to identify students who tested below the accurate range and retest them. These students are possible transfer candidates to a lower ESL level. • Teachers will be able to identify students who tested higher than average.
