Rules and Procedures • Each candidate has 3 minutes. • Presidential candidates have 5 minutes. • Wait until every candidate for each position finishes before voting. • Fill out survey in between candidates • Election results announced at the end of the meeting. VOLUNTEERING EVENTS • Diva Dash • Saturday, April 21st from 7am-3pm • Carpool at Littlefield Fountain at 6:30am • An adventure/obstacle course run for women • Sign up deadline tomorrow, April 18th at 5pm • See ELLIE after the meeting! • Mini and Friends Mighty Mini March Volunteering • Sunday, April 22nd from 10am-3pm • Carpool at Littlefield Fountain at 9:30am • Mini and Friends is an organization that has trained mini horses and donkeys to interact with all kinds of people that may be suffering mentally, physically, and emotionally • Sign up deadline tomorrow, April 18th at 5pm TX HOSA www.txhosa.org Health Occupations Students of America

BANQUET • BANQUET SIGN UP NOW ONLINE! • Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Saturday, May 5th . • Leave Austin in the morning, return at night after dinner. • Dinner = Republic of Texas on the Riverwalk • Sign up deadline is Monday, April 23rd by 9pm! • Costs: • Active members = Free! (includes dinner) • Non-active members = $10 (includes dinner) • Guests = $25 (does NOT include dinner) • Itinerary can be found on the sign-up form.
