Other Important Issues Release of Funds: • Do not use funds of RCH for Mission or vice-versa. • Up to 75% of Allocated Funds are Released before receipt of Audit Report of previous year. • Balance 25% can be released on receipt of Audit Report & Final UCs. Statutory Audit : • Audit Report is to be submitted every year by 31st July. • One consolidated report for all NRHM programmes in triplicate is required. • Appointment of Auditor through new open tender system from 2008-09 onwards. Concurrent Audit : • Empower DHS to appoint Concurrent Auditors . • Appoint with renewal clause with marginal increase up to three years on Performance basis. FMRs: • Upload on HMIS every month. • Submit every quarter within 30 days to FMG. Human Resources: • Fill up vacant financial management posts on priority.
