  2. Policy Goals • To reinforce core values • Ethics • Professionalism • Excellence • To promote Protex Central “branding” internally & externally • To comply with certain customers’ requirements & dress codes

  3. Policy Outline • Protex Central will provide approved corporate apparel for each employee based upon job function. • Protex Central will provide each employee with an annual Apparel Account of $50 with which to purchase additional approved corporate apparel items

  4. Policy Outline • All corporate apparel ordering, warranty and replacement issues will be coordinated thru Val Mullen and the selected vendor, Ink Images in Omaha. • Employees are encouraged to purchase additional approved items out of pocket and may request payroll deductions accordingly.

  5. Policy Specifics • For technicians: • Five shirts per technician • Approved apparel must be worn at all times when on job or representing company in public • Alternative approved apparel may be worn in lieu of provided shirts • As existing tan-colored uniform shirts wear out, replacements will be made with new shirts with logo • Determination will be by management • Technicians may request long or short sleeves

  6. Policy Specifics • Technicians must provide work pants of either blue jeans, specific work pants or dress pants. • Frayed or patched pants and cut-offs are not allowed • Shorts, unless medically necessary, are not allowed • Technicians desiring headwear will be furnished one cap by PCI. Only approved apparel headwear will be allowed. PCI will provide ANSI/OSHA-standard hardhats when necessary

  7. Policy Specifics • Technicians must provide appropriate footwear for the job conditions • Each technician will be provided with a choice of approved apparel outerwear to be worn when representing the company as conditions warrant

Policy Specifics • For Sales and Operations Personnel • Five shirts per person • Approved apparel to be worn when representing company in public • Formal business attire (suit & tie) may be worn in lieu of approved apparel • Operations personnel will be furnished with choice of approved outerwear to be worn when representing the company as conditions warrant

  9. Policy Specifics • For Office Personnel • Two shirts per person • Must be worn when representing company in public • Formal business attire (suit & tie) may be worn in lieu of approved apparel
