  2. What is TARC? • TARC is the committee that meets regularly to consider reports of individuals displaying anti-social or abnormal behavior. TARC assesses potential threats to the safety and well-being of the University community and takes appropriate action. • In event that you observe someone demonstrating troubling or odd behavior that concerns you, you should contact TARC. Below are some of the main phone numbers to call: • Student Affairs 918-343-7579 • Employment & Benefits 918-343-7796 • Campus Police 918-343-7624 • In event of emergency, please call 911

  3. Who is on TARC? • Individuals from the following offices serve on the committee: • Student Affairs • Administration & Finance • Academic Affairs • Student Development • Residential Life • Counseling Services • Employment and Benefits • Campus Police • Student Health Center • Athletics
