  5. PBIS - Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports • It is a positive behavioral system. • Students are taught expected behaviors throughout the school building. • Students are rewarded with tickets (feathers) if they are “caught” SOARing in school.

  6. Bully Prevention • SWAT: Stop, Walk Away, Talk to an adult. • Students were taught the SWAT method the first week of school. • Students are taught to stop what they are doing, take a deep breath, and go on with their day. • Please encourage your student to report ongoing issues to the teacher.
