  7. All-InclusiveCoverage Plan The plan covers your child for: • Tour cancellation and interruption • Illness and accident • Baggage and property • Flight delay • 24-hour access to an English-speaking representative

  8. Tour Safety • All girl travelers must 14 at the time of the tour • Adult to girl ratio met • Adult Chaperones who are experienced in international travel • Girl Scout Travel Forms required

  9. What are you responsible for? • Spending money for optional excursions, free time activities, souvenirs, beverages, lunches and snacks ($30-$65 per day) • Tips for your Tour Director, bus driver and local guides (around $10 per day) • Passport and/or visa fees These are all necessities each traveler will be responsible for on this tour.

Passports and visas • All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation • Valid passports are required for all travelers • Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process • Some destinations may require travel visas • Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents • Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our scheduled return date

Payment Options • Monthly Payment Plan (Best Option) • Initial payment due of $95 • Final payment deadline is two prior to departure • Pay in smaller more manageable increments • Tour balance due 100 days prior to departure • Manual Payment Plan • Initial payment due of $95 • $150 due 60 days after enrollment • $150 due 14 months (420 days) prior to departure • $200 due at 9 months (270) days prior to departure • Tour balance due 100 days prior to departure

Join in on the fun! • Registration will be open from October 1, 2014 – November 30, 2014. • Register first on Ultra Camp to reserve your spot with a $100 council deposit. • After the council deposit has been received you will receive information on how to create your EF tours account. • Login and select your payment plan

  23. Trip Chaperones • Trip Director and Assistant Trip Director Selection. • Chaperone Selection Process • Print the International Travel Chaperone Application • Submit application by Monday September 29th. • Interview with Trip Director and Assistant Trip Director
