2. The film Metin Erksan's village truth telling'' Dry Summer'' (1964) , won the Berlin FilmFestival award winning internationalrecognition of Turkish cinema hasbecome the first Turkish film. Metin Erksan’ın köy gerçeklerini anlatan “Susuz Yaz” (1964) adlı filmi, Berlin Film Festivali’nde kazandığı ödülle Türk sinemasına uluslararası platformda başarı kazandıran ilk Türk filmi olmuştur.

6. Babam ve Oğlum, 2005 yapımı bir Çağan Irmak filmidir. 2006 Nuremberg Film Festivali’nde en iyi film ödülünü almıştır. The film ‘Father and Son ‘ was directed by Çağan Irmak in 2005. In 2006 Nuremberg film Festival,Itwas awarded as the best film .
